McKinney, TX · Collin County
Custom homes, barndominiums, roofing and storm restoration for McKinney and the acreage east of town toward Lavon Lake.
Building near McKinney
McKinney has grown into one of the largest cities in Collin County, with a historic downtown square and neighborhoods spreading in every direction. Most land inside the city is built out by production builders, but east of town toward Lavon Lake and Princeton there's still room for custom homes on larger lots.
That's where we do most of our McKinney-area work: custom homes and barndominiums on an acre or more, designed in-house and shown to you in 3D before construction begins.

Do you build inside McKinney city limits?
We can, depending on the lot. Most of our McKinney-area projects are on larger lots or acreage just outside the city, where clients have more room and flexibility.
Is there acreage near McKinney for a custom home?
Yes. Areas east of McKinney toward Lavon Lake, Princeton and Farmersville still have acreage. We'll help you evaluate a property before you buy.
How far is McKinney from your office?
About an hour west of our Greenville office. We schedule regular site visits and send photo updates between them.
